When visiting our Showroom, Appointments are Preferred, however not necessary. Please call ahead to schedule your visit. This will enable us to practice Social Distance guidelines to keep You and our Employees Safe.
All guests and employees are required to wear a face mask at all times. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you.
All guests and employees are required to follow social distance guidelines at all times while in our facility.
We clean our dealership all throughout the day.
Health screenings are conducted on all employees daily.
Our showroom vehicles are sanitized and locked. If you would like to view any vehicle, a client advisor will assist you. Then sanitize and lock it for our next guest.
All test drive vehicles are sanitized after each use to ensure a safe experience for our next guest.
When taking delivery of your new BMW:
Your BMW will be sanitized – this includes wiping down and disinfecting all touch-points as well as your keys. Plastic seat covers, steering wheel covers, and shift covers will be utilized to minimize contact with the common touch-points in your new vehicle.
You will sign the paperwork in our delivery center, which is separate from our showroom. The table, pens, papers will all be sterilized for you.
