Q: Do I have to bring my BMW to a BMW dealer for warranty work?

Q: Do you service vehicles that aren't BMWs?
A: Yes. Our service department works on all makes and models, not only BMW. The same trained technicians and diagnostic process apply no matter what vehicle comes in.
Q: How do I schedule a service appointment?
A: You can schedule online in a couple minutes or call the service desk directly. Same day appointments are often available for routine services like oil changes or tire rotations.
Q: My check engine light is on. What should I do?
A: Schedule a diagnostic appointment as soon as you can. A check engine light can point to something minor or something more serious, and a diagnostic scan is the only reliable way to know which one applies to your vehicle.
Q: Will you explain what a repair actually involves before I approve it?
